Peryön’s HR Projects Making a Difference Award is Granted to Çayeli Bakır İşletmeleri
Turkey’s most important and prestigious award in ‘Human Management’ PERYÖN Human Capital Management Award was granted to Çayeli Bakır İşletmeleri, under the category of “HR Projects Making a Difference”.
Organized by Turkey’s first non-governmental organization in the field of human capital management, Human Capital Management Association of Turkey (PERYÖN), Turkey’s most distinguished and prestigious award Peryön Human Capital Management Awards found their owners this year for the eighth time. With the internal communication projects it has successfully established since 2012, Çayeli Bakır İşletmeleri has been granted the “Excellence Award” under the category of “HR Projects Making a Difference” in the competition. The award ceremony was held at The Marmara Hotel Istanbul this past week, and was presented by Fatih Türkmenoğlu ve Özge Uzun. On behalf of Çayeli Bakır İşletmeleri, the award was received by the General Manager Iain Anderson and the Employee Relations Manager Fatih Koç.
Under the auspices of PERYÖN Human Capital Management, the best practices for Human Capital Management were evaluated under four separate categories this year. After a 6-month-long evaluation period, the jury has selected; “the companies that have the best practices for human capital management.” The awarding process was carried out with the support of ARGE Consulting, and the site assessment of companies that have applied for the main category was conducted by Deloitte Turkey. The winners were selected by; Dr. Ecmel Ayral, Dr. Engin Sağdıç, Mehmet Ünal, Murat Güvercinci, Saide Kuzeyli and Salih Sözer whom are renowned professionals in their field of work.
