We conduct regular health checks.

• At the Health Unit located on our operation site we have a full time physician and nurse who provide service to all our employees and repeat health checkups at regular intervals.

• In parallel to the importance we place on first aid training in or outside of our site we have enabled 54 percent of our employees to receive a valid first aid certificate.
