We transfer the revenue we earn from recycling to social responsibility.
• We collect paper and plastic wastes separately at source and send them to recycling facilities with the slogan “Add Value to Nature”. We spend the revenue we earn as a result of this application we implement to protect the environment and natural resources, on charity activities, with priority for health, within the scope ofour Social Responsibility approach.
• All hazardous wastes generated by operations of Çayeli Bakır are temporarily stored in a closed, solid, leak proof and safe hazardous waste depot built in accordance with internationally accepted standards as per the legislation provisions until the final discharge process.
• Wastes such as waste oil, oil filters, oily clothes, empty chemical bags etc. are sent to a discharge or a recycling facility licensed by the Ministry and we inspect these facilities with periodic visits.
