To use a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of ISO 9001 and TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 at a minimum,
To provide services at the level and quality that meets the requirements of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Trial and Calibration Laboratories in our Laboratory,
To use methods that are based on internationally accepted standards, verified and suitable to the purpose,
To ensure that operations concerning quality are clearly presented, assessable and traceable with documented policies and procedures,
To observe the satisfaction of the people and companies we serve; to take all necessary precautions to protect the confidential information of our customers and show the maximum sensitivity to this subject,
To provide top level, fast and reliable services with good professional and technical work in line with scientific and technological developments,
To ensure that correct and reliable analysis results are obtained and reported on time,
To operate free from all manner of internal and external commercial, financial and other pressure that could compromise the confidence in the laboratory’s sufficiency, objectivity and work while providing analysis services,
To provide quality in services and continuity in quality.
